Zielinski and Ricardo Garza. Together they deliver more than 60 years of experience in business management, commercial & residential construction and process management. This experience coupled with their independent status allows the company to work quickly and nimbly to identify and seize market opportunities as they arise.

IG Heron’s growth strategy is based on working with both individual investors as well as financial institutions. Investors are vetted and invited to participate on a project-by-project basis based on their interest.
