IG Heron is a construction firm that focuses’ on select investment grade remodels, new construction, and development opportunities. The joint venture is designed to deliver turn-key design/build services coupled with high-quality craftsmanship to the urban core middle market. The firm was formed through the alliance of Ricardo Garza of Pebble Stone Construction and Tom Zielinski of 1841 Homes. Mr. Garza and Mr. Zielinski’s unique talents and resumes, along with extraordinarily successful histories, have come together to form a contracting firm with a clear vision. IG Heron will focus on solid return investment grade new build and remodeling opportunities in the East Dallas and Lakewood areas in addition to highly targeted tracks located in Dallas and adjacent counties. IG Heron’s design/construct practice on distressed properties to yield high-value returns is one of the founding principals of the firm. IG Heron will always increase volume through the design, construction, and quick sale of a highly desirable product.
